In 2025, ZABWAY partnered with a team of professional foot physiotherapists to develop a new flagship model in the Arch-Control series.
Arch-Control Series – FORMULA builds upon the concept of arch control, incorporating a Triple Arch Propulsion Design and utilizing a mid-profile prototype to create the FOREFOOT PLUS propulsion outsole, suitable for a wide range of foot shapes.

This design is based on the three phases of walking — heel strike, ankle movement, and toe-off — known as the 3 Rocker Concept, which aligns with the structural and functional zones of the foot.
In addition, FORMULA introduces a "fourth rocker" inspired by biomechanics, which reduces compensatory stress on the knees and hips, making each step more energy-efficient and balanced.

The FORMULA is also carefully engineered for optimal fitting. The curved upper is designed to hug the instep, enhancing overall wrap and comfort.
The insole features a patented Arch Pad Replacement System™, allowing for micro-adjustments to arch height according to individual foot types, ensuring a more customized fit.

At the heel, an adjustable elastic strap combined with memory foam provides a snug, secure hold while allowing flexibility for different needs.
The EVA midsole is enhanced with Micropel® antibacterial technology, which effectively inhibits bacterial growth and eliminates odor—offering lasting comfort and safety.
The outsole uses a rubber traction zone design that enhances grip where weight shifts during walking, improving stability and preventing slips.

Additionally, the midsole is equipped with a patented Arch Pad Replacement System™, using high-hardness polymer arch pads that provide appropriate support and maintain their shape even after prolonged use.

For more advanced support, users can opt for a customized 3D arch pad by using the FOMS (Foot Optical Measuring System) to obtain personalized foot data (arch index), resulting in a Custom Arch-Pad for FORMULA designed for professional-level fit and comfort.
