About the Brand
"ZABWAY" derives its name from the ancient chinese dialogue pronunciation of the founding month "October" (喆月).
The name carries a profound dual meaning: ZABWAY. Originating from Taiwan, embarks its own path, moving forward, spreading and sharing the goodness, and warmth to the world with its steps.
Consistently embodying an optimistic, cheerful, and enthusiastic spirit, we manufacture high-quality products that accompany people into the future, enjoying their lifes and with delightful journeys.
Development History
Founded in October 1975 by a family from Beigang, Taiwan(island also known as formosa). The company started from scratch, transforming the ancient eastern cultural mindset into optimistic, cheerful, and enthusiastic seafaring people who manufacture vibrant,energetic, and colorful slippers.In 1979, "OCTOBER INTERNATIONAL" was established in Taichung, Taiwan. For over thirty years, through tears and sweat, but with a cheerful and optimistic attitude,the company has diligently built the kingdom of beach slippers – "October Intl. Group."
In 1986, "PT.KARUNIA FAJAR MELLENIA" was established in Jakarta, Indonesia.
In 2004, "OCTOBER INDUSTRY co., LTD" was established in Tangxia, Dongguan, China. The achievements of October Intl. Group spread widely among major brands such as ADIDAS, QUIK SILVER, DC, D&G, Reef, and Olukai, accompanying people's joyful journeys around the world.
In 2012, the self-created brand "ZABWAY, October International" was established in Taichung, Taiwan. October Intl. Group continues to break boundaries, pursuing innovation in design and manufacturing, never stopping and continue to try and chase the dreams with passion for slippers. From the past to the present, we consistently uphold the optimistic, cheerful, and enthusiastic spirit to manufacture high-quality products.
